Buckwheat Crepes

in warm saucepan:

- 2 cups of milk

- ¼ tsp salt

- ½ tsp sugar

- 4 tbsp melted butter

 Let cool.

In bowl: 

- 1 cup flour

- ¼ cup buckwheat flour

Make a well in the flour and stir in:

- 1 Tbsp veg oil

- 3 eggs

Stir until smooth

Add Milk Mixture

Whisk in ½ cup beer

Refridg overnight
